Sweet & Salty Tuna with Broccoli
Ingredients
2 tablespoons avocado oil
1 tablespoon minced garlic
6 cups broccoli florets
3 cups cauliflower rice
3 cans tuna in water (8 to 10 oz each)
¼ cup brown keto-friendly sweetener (stevia, erythritol, monk fruit, allulose, or a combination)
¼ cup liquid aminos (I used the Bragg brand)
Instructions
In a skillet, heat the avocado oil along with the minced garlic. Sauté until you can smell the garlic.
Add the broccoli to the skillet and sauté for about 3 minutes.
Add the cauliflower rice, stir, and sauté for about 5 more minutes.
Add the tuna and stir to combine with the other ingredients.
Add the brown keto-friendly sweetener along with the liquid aminos. Mix with the other ingredients and sauté for a few minutes.
