Sweet & Salty Tuna with Broccoli

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil

  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic

  • 6 cups broccoli florets

  • 3 cups cauliflower rice

  • 3 cans tuna in water (8 to 10 oz each)

  • ¼ cup brown keto-friendly sweetener (stevia, erythritol, monk fruit, allulose, or a combination)

  • ¼ cup liquid aminos (I used the Bragg brand)

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, heat the avocado oil along with the minced garlic. Sauté until you can smell the garlic.

  2. Add the broccoli to the skillet and sauté for about 3 minutes.

  3. Add the cauliflower rice, stir, and sauté for about 5 more minutes.

  4. Add the tuna and stir to combine with the other ingredients.

  5. Add the brown keto-friendly sweetener along with the liquid aminos. Mix with the other ingredients and sauté for a few minutes.

  6. Serve and enjoy!
