Parmesan Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon granulated garlic

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

  • 1 teaspoon dried basil

  • 1 teaspoon pink salt or to taste

  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

  • Red pepper to taste for heat (optional)

  • 1 beaten egg

  • 1 pound ground beef

  • ⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.

  2. In a small bowl, add the granulated garlic, paprika, dried oregano, dried basil, pink salt, and black pepper. Stir to combine.

  3. In a large bowl, add the ground beef and the beaten egg, and mix until combined.

  4. Add the seasoning mix from the first step to the ground beef along with the grated Parmesan cheese and stir until well combined.

  5. Prepare a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

  6. Take a portion of the ground beef, form a ball with your hands, and place it on the tray. Repeat this step until all the meat is used.

  7. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes until the meat is fully cooked.

  8. Serve with your favorite dish and enjoy!
