Sweet & Salty Crunchy Kale Salad
Ingredients
For the dressing
⅓ cup chopped almonds
½ cup chopped onion
½ cup apple cider vinegar
½ cup avocado or olive oil
½ cup brown keto-friendly sweetener (erythritol or monk fruit)
½ teaspoon pink salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
For the salad
1 (12 oz) bag of kale (fits in a 5-quart bowl)
Instructions
In a large measuring cup, add all the dressing ingredients and mix thoroughly until well combined.
In a large bowl, add the kale and slowly pour the dressing over it while mixing thoroughly to coat evenly.
Serve and enjoy!
