Creamy Cauliflower Rice & Spinach
Ingredients
3 tablespoons butter
2 (12 oz) bags of cauliflower rice
¼ cup heavy cream
½ teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon pink salt
2 cups spinach
Instructions
In a large pot over medium heat, melt the butter.
Add the cauliflower rice and mix well with the butter.
Add the heavy cream and let it cook.
Add the onion powder, garlic powder, and salt, and mix everything thoroughly.
Add the spinach and mix with the rest of the ingredients, allowing it to cook until the spinach reduces in size, about 10 minutes.
Serve and enjoy!
