Sweet and Salty Broccoli and Ground Beef
Ingredients
1 to 2 lb ground beef
2 teaspoons pink salt
1 teaspoon granulated garlic (equivalent to 4 cloves)
3 cups broccoli florets
1 tablespoon avocado oil
½ teaspoon ground coriander
1 teaspoon ground ginger
2 tablespoons brown keto-friendly sweetener (stevia, erythritol, monk fruit, allulose, or a combination)
Instructions
In a skillet, begin cooking the ground beef. Add 1 teaspoon of pink salt and ½ teaspoon of granulated garlic, and cook for about 5 minutes.
Add the broccoli to the skillet and mix with the other ingredients.
Add avocado oil and stir until well combined.
Add another ½ teaspoon of granulated garlic, ground coriander, 1 more teaspoon of pink salt, and ground ginger. Mix well with the other ingredients.
Add the brown keto-friendly sweetener and stir to combine everything.
If you wish to add more pink salt, you may do so.
Cook until the vegetables reach the desired consistency.
