Sweet and Salty Broccoli and Ground Beef

Ingredients

  • 1 to 2 lb ground beef

  • 2 teaspoons pink salt

  • 1 teaspoon granulated garlic (equivalent to 4 cloves)

  • 3 cups broccoli florets

  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil

  • ½ teaspoon ground coriander

  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger

  • 2 tablespoons brown keto-friendly sweetener (stevia, erythritol, monk fruit, allulose, or a combination)

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, begin cooking the ground beef. Add 1 teaspoon of pink salt and ½ teaspoon of granulated garlic, and cook for about 5 minutes.

  2. Add the broccoli to the skillet and mix with the other ingredients.

  3. Add avocado oil and stir until well combined.

  4. Add another ½ teaspoon of granulated garlic, ground coriander, 1 more teaspoon of pink salt, and ground ginger. Mix well with the other ingredients.

  5. Add the brown keto-friendly sweetener and stir to combine everything.

  6. If you wish to add more pink salt, you may do so.

  7. Cook until the vegetables reach the desired consistency.

  8. Serve and enjoy!
