Cheese Tortillas

Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 2 oz cream cheese

  • ¼ cup plus 2 tablespoons almond flour

  • Pinches of pink salt

Instructions

  1. Place the mozzarella and cream cheese in a bowl and microwave for 1 minute, then mix until well combined.

  2. Add the almond flour (adding 2 tablespoons at a time) and stir to mix until fully combined.

  3. Prepare your tortilla press. Take a portion of the dough, place it in the press, and flatten to form a tortilla. Repeat this step to form the rest.

  4. Cook on a griddle or skillet with a little pink salt on top of each one until golden on both sides.

  5. Serve and enjoy!
