Strawberries and Cream Crunch
Ingredients
1 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons heavy cream
3 tablespoons keto-friendly sweetener to taste (Stevia, erythritol, monk fruit, allulose, or a combination)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup chopped strawberries
2 tablespoons chia seeds
Instructions
In a bowl, add the sour cream and heavy cream.
Add the sweetener, vanilla, strawberries, and finally the chia seeds.
Mix very well and refrigerate for a couple of hours or overnight.
Serve and enjoy.
