Strawberries and Cream Crunch

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sour cream

  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream

  • 3 tablespoons keto-friendly sweetener to taste (Stevia, erythritol, monk fruit, allulose, or a combination)

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • ½ cup chopped strawberries

  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, add the sour cream and heavy cream.

  2. Add the sweetener, vanilla, strawberries, and finally the chia seeds.

  3. Mix very well and refrigerate for a couple of hours or overnight.

  4. Serve and enjoy.
