Simple Cottage Cheese Naan

Ingredients

  • ½ cup cottage cheese

  • 1 egg

  • ¼ cup almond flour

  • A pinch of salt

  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder (optional)

  • ½ teaspoon baking powder

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to the blender and blend very well for 1 minute.

  2. Grease a skillet with your favorite healthy fat oil and heat over medium-low heat.

  3. Pour the mixture into the pan in small portions, the size of your preference.

  4. Serve and enjoy!
