Simple Cottage Cheese Naan
Ingredients
½ cup cottage cheese
1 egg
¼ cup almond flour
A pinch of salt
½ teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
½ teaspoon baking powder
Instructions
Add all the ingredients to the blender and blend very well for 1 minute.
Grease a skillet with your favorite healthy fat oil and heat over medium-low heat.
Pour the mixture into the pan in small portions, the size of your preference.
Serve and enjoy!
