Simple Yogurt
This yogurt is simple to make and low-carb and as sweet or unsweet. You can add sliced berries, cinnamon, cacao, even peanut butter and almond butter.
Ingredients
½ cup sour cream
2 tablespoons heavy cream
1 to 3 tablespoons keto-friendly sweetener (Stevia, erythritol, monk fruit, allulose, or a combination)
Vanilla extract to taste (I used ½ teaspoon)
Instructions
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients until well combined.
Serve with cinnamon to taste, nuts, berries, keto chocolate chips, keto granola, etc. (a small handful or less)
