Simple Yogurt

This yogurt is simple to make and low-carb and as sweet or unsweet. You can add sliced berries, cinnamon, cacao, even peanut butter and almond butter.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup sour cream

  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream

  • 1 to 3 tablespoons keto-friendly sweetener (Stevia, erythritol, monk fruit, allulose, or a combination)

  • Vanilla extract to taste (I used ½ teaspoon)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients until well combined.

  2. Serve with cinnamon to taste, nuts, berries, keto chocolate chips, keto granola, etc. (a small handful or less)
