Simple two ingredients Tortillas

Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour

  • ½ cup water

  • 2 pinches pink salt

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, add all the ingredients.

  2. Mix until well combined, forming a dough.

  3. Take a portion of the dough and shape it into a tortilla. You can use a tortilla press or your hands with parchment paper or a plastic bag.

  4. Repeat the previous step to form the remaining tortillas.

  5. Place the tortilla on a griddle or skillet over medium heat until golden. Then, flip and cook the other side until golden as well.

  6. Serve and enjoy!
