Cilantro Ginger Chicken, Cabbage, and Broccoli

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter

  • 1 head of cabbage, chopped

  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped

  • 2 cups broccoli florets

  • 3 cups shredded chicken

  • 2 teaspoons pink salt (or to taste)

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 teaspoon granulated garlic

  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.

  2. Add the chopped cabbage and mix with the butter. Cook until it reduces in size.

  3. Stir in the chopped fresh cilantro.

  4. Add the broccoli florets and mix well.

  5. Add the shredded chicken and combine with the other ingredients.

  6. Season with pink salt, black pepper, granulated garlic, and ground ginger. Mix thoroughly.

  7. Cook until the vegetables reach your desired tenderness.

  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
