High-Protein & Low-Carb Almond Flour Cheese Bagels
Ingredients
2 cups almond flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
4 oz cream cheese
1 tablespoon butter
2 eggs
Instructions
Place the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 45-second intervals, stirring in between, until completely melted.
In another bowl, mix the almond flour and baking powder together.
Add the eggs to the bowl with the melted cheeses and mix until well combined.
Pour the cheese mixture into the bowl with the almond flour and stir until a uniform dough forms. Use your hands if necessary.
Take a portion of the dough and shape it into donuts, whatever size you prefer.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper or a silicone mat. Place the donuts on the tray.
Bake at 375˚F for 10 to 15 minutes, until golden brown.
