Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk

  • ¼ cup heavy cream

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

  • ¼ cup Keto-friendly Sweetener (Stevia, Erythritol, Nun Fruit, Allulose, or combination)

  • ¼ cup cacao powder

  • ¼ cup chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Put in a bowl the almond milk, the heavy cream and the vanilla and mix them very well.

  2. Add the sweetener and the cacao powder and with a whisk mix until well combined.

  3. Add the chia seeds and mix them very well. If in a sealed container, you can shake it to mix.

  4. Put it in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight before eating it; stirring occasionally to get rid of clumps.

  5. Serve and Enjoy!
