Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding
Ingredients
1 cup almond milk
¼ cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
¼ cup Keto-friendly Sweetener (Stevia, Erythritol, Nun Fruit, Allulose, or combination)
¼ cup cacao powder
¼ cup chia seeds
Instructions
Put in a bowl the almond milk, the heavy cream and the vanilla and mix them very well.
Add the sweetener and the cacao powder and with a whisk mix until well combined.
Add the chia seeds and mix them very well. If in a sealed container, you can shake it to mix.
Put it in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight before eating it; stirring occasionally to get rid of clumps.
