High-protein Low-Carb Sweet Bread
Ingredients
3 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon coconut oil
2 eggs
½ teaspoon pink salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1.5 cups almond flour
2 tablespoons keto-friendly brown sweetener (Stevia, erythritol, monk fruit, allulose, or a blend)
¼ cup keto-friendly granulated sweetener (Stevia, erythritol, monk fruit, allulose, or a blend)
1 tablespoon baking powder (Royal)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, combine the butter, coconut oil, granulated keto sweetener, and brown keto sweetener. Stir until well mixed.
Add the eggs, almond flour, mozzarella cheese, baking powder, pink salt, and cinnamon. Stir until a dough forms.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Take a portion of the dough, form a ball with your hands, and gently flatten it. Place it on the tray. Repeat for the remaining dough balls.
Bake for 7–12 minutes, then flip each bread and bake for another 7–9 minutes.
