Nacho Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon cumin

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

  • 1½ teaspoons pink salt, or to taste

  • 2 cups shredded cheese, or to taste

  • 30 ounces cauliflower florets

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and add the powdered spices, mixing well until fully cooked.

  2. In a baking tray, spread out the cauliflower florets and drizzle with some avocado oil (or olive or coconut oil if preferred).

  3. Add the cooked ground beef over the cauliflower, making sure it is evenly distributed.

  4. Sprinkle the shredded cheese covering most of the cauliflower and beef.

  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes or until the cauliflower is tender and the cheese is melted.

  6. Serve with avocado and enjoy!
