Garlic Parmesan Feta Creamy Dressing by Teuta Misini

This Garlic Parmesan Feta Creamy Dressing is the creation of my friend Teuta who gave me permission to share it with her credit. I remember her creating it ingredient by ingredient to make sure it was just the right combo. She shared it with me at her house and even brought some to a beach picnic with our kids. It’s perfect not only for a spinach salad, but as the sauce for a sandwich or wrap or even a sauce or dip for protein. 

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sour cream

  • ¼ cup feta cheese

  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese

  • ½ tablespoon Dijon mustard

  • ¼ cup white vinegar

  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 tablespoon granulated garlic (or less, to taste — this amount gives a stronger flavor)

  • 1 tablespoon pink salt

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients until well combined.

  2. Enjoy!

  3. Store in the refrigerator.
