Berries & Cream Popsicles

Ingredients

  • 1½ cups frozen berries

  • 2 tablespoons keto-friendly granulated sweetener, or to taste (Stevia, erythritol, monk fruit, allulose, or a combination)

  • ¼ cup heavy cream

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients into your blender.

  2. Blend until everything is well combined.

  3. Prepare your popsicle mold and pour some of the mixture into each compartment.

  4. Freeze until the popsicles are fully set.

  5. Enjoy!
