Garlic Ginger Beef, Pepper and Green Bean Stir-Fry
Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 green bell pepper, sliced into strips
3 cups no-salt green beans
¼ cup fresh basil, chopped
¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1 teaspoon ground ginger
2 teaspoons pink salt
Instructions
In a skillet, add the ground beef, butter, and minced garlic.
Add the green bell peppers and green beans, stirring to mix all ingredients.
Add the chopped basil and cilantro to the skillet and combine with the rest.
Add the ground ginger and pink salt, mixing well until all ingredients are evenly combined. Cook until the meat is fully cooked through.
