“Cannoli” Egg Flutes
Ingredients
1 egg
6 strips of cheese (or shredded cheese)
Keto friendly powdered sweetener to taste (Stevia, erythritol, nun fruit, allulose or combination) (optional)
Instructions
Separate the white from the yolk and place them in different containers.
In a skillet, arrange the cheese strips (or shredded cheese) in rows, placing 2 rows of 3 strips, one below the other.
When the cheese begins to melt and bubble, put the yolk in the center and allow it to cook.
When the cheese is golden brown, flip to cook the other side for about 2 minutes. Eaten as such is the special egg.
To make the egg flute, roll the cheese with the yolk in the center and add powdered keto friendly sweetener in the center and on top.
