Creamy Tuna, Peppers, and Cabbage Skillet
Ingredients
3 tablespoons butter
2 chopped bell peppers (any color)
1 head of chopped cabbage
2 teaspoons pink salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon granulated garlic
3 cans tuna in water
½ cup heavy cream
4 oz cream cheese, cubed
Instructions
In a skillet, melt the butter together with the bell peppers.
Add the chopped cabbage to the skillet and mix with the other ingredients.
Add 1 teaspoon of pink salt, black pepper, and granulated garlic. Mix well.
Add the tuna (after draining the water) to the skillet and stir to combine.
Pour in the heavy cream and mix with the other ingredients. Add 1 more teaspoon of pink salt.
Add the cream cheese cubes evenly throughout the skillet and stir while it melts.
Cook until the vegetables reach the desired consistency.
Serve and enjoy!
