Green Salad, Crispy and Optionally Spicy

My Green Salad, Crispy and Optionally Spicy is just that, full of green goodness with low-carb fresh veggies that can crunch. It’s light and refreshing, and you can even add a little kick to it with some cayenne pepper or jalapeño pepper if you’d like.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup fresh, raw green beans

  • ½ cup chopped cucumbers

  • ½ cup broccoli, cut into small florets

  • 2 tablespoons sour cream

  • 2 oz cream cheese, melted/soft

  • ¼ teaspoon granulated garlic

  • ½ teaspoon pink salt

  • 1 teaspoon dried cilantro

  • Jalapeños (optional)

  • Juice of 1 green lime (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the green beans, cucumbers, broccoli, sour cream, and cream cheese. Mix until well combined.

  2. Add the granulated garlic, pink salt, and dried cilantro. Mix thoroughly with the other ingredients.

  3. Optionally, blend 1 jalapeño with the juice of 1 green lime until smooth. Mix this puree with the other ingredients.

  4. Serve and enjoy!
