Low-Carb Crackers

Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour

  • 1 teaspoon pink salt (less if you prefer a milder flavor)

  • ¼ cup melted butter

  • ¼ cup water

  • ¼ teaspoon xanthan gum

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350˚F.

  2. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients until a dough forms.

  3. Refrigerate the dough for 15 minutes.

  4. Take a portion of the dough and roll it out into a rectangle. Cut into squares. Use two sheets of parchment paper and transfer one to the baking tray, or use one parchment sheet and a silicone mat and transfer the silicone mat to the tray.

  5. Bake for 10 to 20 minutes, until golden brown.

  6. Enjoy!
