Low-Carb Crackers
Ingredients
2 cups almond flour
1 teaspoon pink salt (less if you prefer a milder flavor)
¼ cup melted butter
¼ cup water
¼ teaspoon xanthan gum
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350˚F.
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients until a dough forms.
Refrigerate the dough for 15 minutes.
Take a portion of the dough and roll it out into a rectangle. Cut into squares. Use two sheets of parchment paper and transfer one to the baking tray, or use one parchment sheet and a silicone mat and transfer the silicone mat to the tray.
Bake for 10 to 20 minutes, until golden brown.
