2-2-2 Tortillas as a high protein low-carb base
Ingredients
2 egg whites
2 cups almond flour
2 oz melted cream cheese
½ tsp pink salt
Instructions
In a bowl, put almond flour and pink salt. Mix the ingredients.
Add the melted cream cheese and mix with the other ingredients.
Beat the egg whites until stiff (takes about 10 to 20 minutes). Put the beaten egg whites together with the other ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Prepare your tortilla press, take a portion of the dough and press it into a tortilla. Repeat this step until all the tortillas are formed.
Cook the tortillas on a griddle, browning both sides.
