Tree Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 cups mayonnaise

  • ½ cup granulated Keto friendly sweetener (Stevia, erythritol, nun fruit, allulose or combination)

  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar

  • 8 cups of fresh broccoli

  • 8 strips of bacon cut into small pieces (double if that plate will be the entire meal)

  • 1 red onion chopped

  • ¾ cup strawberries cut into small pieces

Instructions

  1. In a container, mix the mayonnaise, keto friendly  sweetener and apple cider vinegar well.

  2. In a large bowl, mix the broccoli, bacon, onion and strawberries until well-combined.

  3. Pour the dressing into the bowl with the broccoli and mixuntil all the ingredients are well-incorporated.

  4. Serve and enjoy!
