Sweet Ginger, garlic, beef, and green bean Stirfry

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs ground grass-fed beef (83% lean)

  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil

  • 2 bags frozen green beans

  • 2 bell peppers (yellow and orange), chopped into chunks

  • 2 tablespoons brown sweetener (such as Brown Swerve or Allulose)

  • 2 teaspoons pink salt (divided, plus more to taste)

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder (divided)

  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder (divided)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat, add the ground beef. Season with 1 teaspoon pink salt, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, and 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder. Cook until the beef is mostly browned.

  2. Add the avocado oil, chopped bell peppers, frozen green beans, and brown sweetener to the skillet.

  3. Season with the remaining 1 teaspoon pink salt, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, and 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder.

  4. Stir all ingredients thoroughly to distribute the spices and sweetener evenly.

  5. Sauté for 12 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the green beans and bell peppers reach your desired tenderness and the beef is fully cooked. Adjust salt to taste before serving.
