Strawberry Chia Seed Jam
Ingredients
3 cups strawberry purée (blend strawberries with a little water)
¾ cup keto-friendly powdered sweetener (Stevia, erythritol, monk fruit, allulose, or a combination)
6 to 7 tablespoons chia seeds
Instructions
In a saucepan, heat the strawberry purée over medium heat.
Add the keto-friendly powdered sweetener and chia seeds.
Let it cook for about 15 minutes, until the chia seeds expand and the mixture reaches a jam-like consistency.
