Simple Spaghetti with Zucchini and Ground Beef

If you’re looking for a simple and quick meal that the whole family will love this is it! Swapping the pasta for zucchini is a great way to both make it low carb and veggie-full at the same time. Pair it with one of my breads or tortillas for the perfect combo (link to the tortillas/breads index).

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • Black pepper to taste 

  • Dried oregano to taste

  • Paprika powder to taste

  • Dried basil to taste

  • Pink salt to taste

  • Granulated garlic to taste

  • 3 zucchini cut into cubes

  • Low-carb marinara sauce to taste

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, begin cooking the ground beef. Add black pepper, dried oregano, paprika powder, dried basil, pink salt, and granulated garlic. Sprinkle across all the meat once. Mix and cook until the meat is cooked.

  2. Add the zucchini and mix well with the other ingredients.

  3. Sprinkle across all the meat and zucchini more black pepper, dried oregano, paprika powder, dried basil, pink salt, and granulated garlic. Mix well with the other ingredients.

  4. For a third sprinkling, use all of the seasoning except for dried oregano and basil. Stir and mix well with the other ingredients.

  5. Cook until the zucchini is the desired consistency and the meat is cooked.

  6. Pour in the marinara sauce and mix well with the other ingredients.

  7. Serve and enjoy!
