Rosemary Parmesan Flatbread

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 cup cottage cheese

  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese

  • ¼ teaspoon dried rosemary

Instructions

  1. Place the eggs, cottage cheese, Parmesan, and rosemary in a blender and blend well.

  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and pour the mixture onto the sheet, spreading it evenly into a rectangle.

  3. Bake at 350°F for 30 to 40 minutes, until golden brown.

  4. Serve and enjoy!
