Rosemary Parmesan Flatbread
Ingredients
2 eggs
1 cup cottage cheese
¼ cup Parmesan cheese
¼ teaspoon dried rosemary
Instructions
Place the eggs, cottage cheese, Parmesan, and rosemary in a blender and blend well.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and pour the mixture onto the sheet, spreading it evenly into a rectangle.
Bake at 350°F for 30 to 40 minutes, until golden brown.
