Pork Rhind Tortillas
Ingredients
7 beaten eggs
4 oz cream cheese
½ cup ground pork rinds (I used Pork Panko)
¼ cup water
2 pinches pink salt
Instructions
In your blender, add all the ingredients and blend until everything is well combined.
Prepare a skillet and grease it with a little butter, coconut oil, or avocado oil so the tortillas don’t stick.
Pour a portion of the mixture into the skillet over medium-low heat and wait a few minutes until the bottom is golden. Then, flip the tortilla and cook until golden.
Repeat the previous step until you make as many tortillas as you need.
Serve and enjoy!
