Pork Rhind Pizza Crust/Flat Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces of cream cheese

  • 1 cup of mozzarella cheese

  • 1 beaten egg

  • ½ teaspoon baking powder

  • 1 cup of ground pork rinds

Instructions

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, microwave the cream cheese and mozzarella cheese for 1 minute until melted.

  2. Remove and mix well.

  3. Add the egg and mix it with the cheese.

  4. In a separate bowl, mix the baking powder with the ground pork rinds.

  5. Add this to the previous mixture and combine all ingredients היט היט until a dough forms.

  6. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and spread the dough, covering it with another sheet of parchment paper until it fills the tray completely; you can use a rolling pin.

  7. Remove the top parchment paper and bake for 10 to 12 minutes at 375°F until golden brown.

  8. Add your favorite toppings, serve, and enjoy!
