Pork Rhind Pizza Crust/Flat Bread
Ingredients
2 ounces of cream cheese
1 cup of mozzarella cheese
1 beaten egg
½ teaspoon baking powder
1 cup of ground pork rinds
Instructions
In a microwave-safe bowl, microwave the cream cheese and mozzarella cheese for 1 minute until melted.
Remove and mix well.
Add the egg and mix it with the cheese.
In a separate bowl, mix the baking powder with the ground pork rinds.
Add this to the previous mixture and combine all ingredients היט היט until a dough forms.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper and spread the dough, covering it with another sheet of parchment paper until it fills the tray completely; you can use a rolling pin.
Remove the top parchment paper and bake for 10 to 12 minutes at 375°F until golden brown.
