Juan’s Guasacaca

Ingredients

  • 1 large avocado or 2 small ones

  • 1 large red or green bell pepper

  • 3 garlic cloves

  • 1 small onion

  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro

  • ¼ cup water

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice or vinegar

  • 1 teaspoon parsley

  • 1 ½ tablespoons pink salt

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to your blender and blend very well until the sauce is completely smooth and well combined.

  2. Serve and enjoy!
