Cream Cheese and Almond Flour Tortillas
Ingredients
1 cup almond flour
½ teaspoon pink salt
1 teaspoon xanthan gum
4 oz melted cream cheese
Instructions
In a bowl, mix the almond flour, pink salt, and xanthan gum.
Add the cream cheese and mix well with the other ingredients.
Prepare your tortilla press and grease it if necessary.
Take a portion of the dough and place it in the tortilla press to form a tortilla. Repeat this step to make the remaining tortillas.
Place the tortilla on a griddle (previously greased) and cook until golden on both sides (you may also sprinkle a little extra salt on top).
Serve and enjoy!
