Cream Cheese and Almond Flour Tortillas

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour

  • ½ teaspoon pink salt

  • 1 teaspoon xanthan gum

  • 4 oz melted cream cheese

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the almond flour, pink salt, and xanthan gum.

  2. Add the cream cheese and mix well with the other ingredients.

  3. Prepare your tortilla press and grease it if necessary.

  4. Take a portion of the dough and place it in the tortilla press to form a tortilla. Repeat this step to make the remaining tortillas.

  5. Place the tortilla on a griddle (previously greased) and cook until golden on both sides (you may also sprinkle a little extra salt on top).

  6. Serve and enjoy!
