Butter Chicken Pizza

Ingredients

Pizza Crust

  • 3 cups cooked shredded chicken

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 3/4 teaspoon pink salt

  • 1 teaspoon garam masala

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 3 beaten eggs

  • 2 cups chopped spinach

Butter Chicken Sauce

  • 2 and 1/2 cups diced onions

  • 2 tablespoons butter

  • 2 tablespoons garam masala

  • 1 teaspoon pink salt (or to taste)

  • 2 teaspoons paprika

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 3/4 cup heavy cream

  • 6 oz tomato paste

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Toppings

  • Shredded mozzarella cheese (to taste)

  • Extra chopped spinach, cayenne pepper, or jalapeños (optional, to taste)

Instructions

To Make the Crust:

  1. Preheat your oven with a pizza stone inside to 375°F for 15 to 20 minutes.

  2. In a large bowl, place the shredded chicken. Add 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 3/4 teaspoon of pink salt, and 1 teaspoon of garam masala. Stir well to mix.

  3. Add 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese, 3 beaten eggs, and 2 cups of chopped spinach to the bowl. Mix thoroughly to combine.

  4. Carefully remove the preheated pizza stone from the oven. Place the chicken mixture in the center.

  5. Push it down and press it firmly into the stone to form an even layer into a pizza crust shape, making sure there are no holes.

  6. Bake in the oven at 375°F for 15 to 20 minutes until firm.

  7. Use a spatula to loosen the crust from the stone, flip the entire thing over, and bake for another 10 minutes until golden on both sides.

To Make the Sauce:

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, place the butter and diced onions. Stir to melt and sauté.

  2. Add 2 tablespoons of garam masala, 1 teaspoon of pink salt, 2 teaspoons of paprika, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, and 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon to the skillet. Stir and let everything sauté with the onions. Turn off the heat.

  3. In a blender, place the heavy cream, tomato paste, lemon juice, and the cooked onion mixture from the skillet.

  4. Blend thoroughly until you get a smooth, creamy sauce (work in batches if your blender is small).

To Assemble the Pizza:

  1. Spread a generous layer of the butter chicken sauce evenly over the baked chicken crust.

  2. Place the extra shredded mozzarella cheese on top, covering all sides.

  3. Add extra chopped spinach, jalapeños, or cayenne pepper if desired.

  4. Return to the oven for a few minutes until the cheese is melted.

  5. Serve and enjoy!
