Fresh Salad with Peppers, Cucumbers, and Strawberries
Ingredients
1 orange or yellow bell pepper, chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
2 cups cucumbers, diced
1 cup chopped strawberries
Juice of one lime
1 tablespoon keto-friendly sweetener (stevia, monk fruit, allulose, or erythritol), or to taste
½ teaspoon pink salt, or to taste
Instructions
In a large bowl, mix the bell peppers, cucumbers, and strawberries.
Pour in the lime juice and mix well.
Add the keto-friendly sweetener and salt, and mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
