Cilantro Lime Dressing

If you’re looking for a simple and quick meal that the whole family will love this is it! Swapping the pasta for zucchini is a great way to both make it low carb and veggie-full at the same time. Pair it with one of my breads or tortillas for the perfect combo

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sour cream

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise

  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese

  • 1 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon pink salt

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, add the sour cream, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, and cilantro. Mix everything well.

  2. Add the lime juice, salt, and spices, and mix thoroughly.

  3. Serve and enjoy!
