Chicken, Peppers and Cauliflower Rice Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 to 3 cups shredded chicken

  • 2 chopped green bell peppers

  • 12 oz cauliflower rice

  • 2 cups shredded cheese

  • 1 teaspoon granulated garlic

  • 2 teaspoons pink salt

  • 1 teaspoon dried basil

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

  • 5 beaten eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350˚F.

  2. In a bowl, place the chicken and green bell peppers. Stir to mix.

  3. Add the cauliflower rice to the bowl and mix with the other ingredients.

  4. Place 1 cup of shredded cheese into the bowl and stir to mix.

  5. Add granulated garlic, pink salt, dried basil, paprika, and black pepper. Stir the ingredients to combine.

  6. Prepare a baking pan and spread the contents of the bowl evenly.

  7. Pour the beaten eggs evenly over the pan (everywhere).

  8. Place the remaining cup of shredded cheese on top of the mixture, covering all sides.

  9. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes.

  10. Serve and enjoy!
